I really enjoyed very friendly and exceptional employees!

I was given budget and neat room with very unconfortable matress, the window inside the toilet, as for instance. Having a shower, a bidet, and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was good and stunning in a quiet area, near to Opposite beach, and the port. Also, Clarehall Shopping Centre was 3 km away from the hotel.

The bedroom was spacious and budget.

Its location is incredible, right by the ocean, the beach, bars and restaurants, and the sea. Jali Kitchen, where you can eat lunch, is not very far from the hotel, really enjoyed this place. There is plenty of GREAT food for breakfast.

We had a blast cycling around the beautiful island and casting our lines in the crystal-clear waters. It was a great way for our family to bond and enjoy the natural beauty of Gili Trawangan.

For dads, it would be great if the resort had a playground for the kids.

The staff at this resort are like family - so accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach away from the busy area yet still close by. Snorkeling with turtles right in front of the hotel is amazing. The food is great, the rooms are spacious with the biggest bathrooms on the island. The hot water and wifi are reliable. It's a perfect place with no boats in front of the beach. The staff knows your name and provides excellent service. The pool is fantastic, with a pool bar. The early morning snorkeling with turtles is mind-blowing. The facilities are good, the staff is lovely and so helpful and welcoming. Having the option to eat on the beach at reasonable prices is a plus. a jaw-dropping experience.
